Calisthenics Workout in 4K. Muscle ups, dips on rings, front lever and one arm chin up attempts. I’m currently doing the Calisthenics Academy program and have been for the pasts couple of months. I stopped using weights in February and I want to see if I can get stronger and get the physique I want with body weight movements only.
