Calisthenics Academy:

Happy new year! Today is a new year and this is my current Calisthenics Academy Progress as of January 1, 2017.

The 5 moves I am trying to master are the 1 arm pull up, front lever, slow muscle up, pistol squat and handstand. My goal is to be able to do each move with perfect form by the end of the year.
