That’s right. I messed up. I stopped posting videos since day 27 of the SuperHero Bulking Program and I hit 167 lbs because of binge eating. I let myself go and got lazy making videos which led to me not caring about what I ate and my belly got bigger once again.

The bullshitting ends and I’ll be doing the Warrior Shredding Program on Monday to lean back down.

I’m not giving myself a time frame or limit. I’m going to enjoy the journey and let the results just happen. What’s your motivation that drives you? I never hit my goal of a full blown 6 pack and I’m determined to do it.
