Day 74 of the 250k transformation challenge.
10 days left in the challenge and I started to cut carbs down to half my bodyweight. This is for transformation purposes only, so I can look my leanest in my final progress pics.
Low carb diets don’t work in the long run. It helps with temporary weight loss, but the minute you go back to eating your regular carbs, you’ll gain it all back. You’ll feel sluggish, lethargic and won’t have much energy to do much. I’m having a hard time trying to limit my carbs as I love my food!
