Costco Food Breakdown – Day 49: 250k Transformation Challenge – What I buy and eat. Fasting Weight Loss

Here is a breakdown of my grocery shopping and foods from Costco. I do all the math while I’m there and I look for foods that are convenient to cook with good amounts of protein, carbs and fats while not being more expensive then eating at Chipotle which is $8.32 for a steak bowl with about 40g of protein and 50g of carbs.
