I haven’t done Russian dips for quite some time. I could barely do 1 so I know I regressed a lot. My goal is to be able to do 3 sets of 10 so I will start working up to that again.

My muscle ups are getting cleaner, less bending of the legs. I’d like to able to do 3 sets of 10 muscles up with strict form.
