Calisthenics Workout:

This is my progress for my handstand and 1 arm push ups. First I did some handstand walks to a wall assisted handstand and held it for 10 seconds (or at least tried to.) I did a couple of sets of that. My goal is to hold a handstand for at least 60 seconds without struggling.

Then for 1 arm push up progressions I held a 1 arm plank for 10 seconds and did a couple of sets of that. I attempted a 1 arm push up on each arm and you’ll see the results at the end of the video. My goal is to be able to do 3 sets of 10 reps on each arm.
